Poppy Seed


Poppy Seed Gallery is an experimental art space committed to promoting critical reflection on Contemporary Pakistani art through exhibitions and programs.  It provides a forum for art produced by emerging and mid-career artists, as well as artists looking to return to art production after an absence from the circuit.  It welcomes collaborative endeavours with independent curators and writers.  Located in the city center, it welcomes audiences from all walks of life.

Gallery hours: Tues – Sat: 10:30am – 7:00pm, Sundays: 12noon – 6:30pm, Mondays: closed.

    im so glad i found this blog. more power to writing and discussing art…especially ‘critically’ like your description says!

    The idea behind the new show “who’s afraid of theory” was very interesting. I’ll be looking at the work (unfortunately online) and will maybe have a discussion with Dr. Atteqa and Mahreen and then discuss that on my blog soon.
